Unprofessional, hasty, inpatient customer service. I came in at 4pm and was yelled at from behind the desk, “We don’t service titles or driver’s licenses after 4!” All I needed to do was turn in some documentation from my car dealership to get my registration recorded. But when I asked about it three clerks all balked and yelled at the same time that they can’t help me. All they had to do was be patient and kind, is that too much to ask?
